What is an Exit Survey?
An Exit Survey is a survey offered to your people as they are leaving the organisation.
It usually includes a standard set of questions covering their experience at the organisation, reasons for leaving and plans for the future.
Why run an Exit Survey?
- Provide a confidential and unbiased space for leavers to share their feedback
- Offers the ability to analyse responses by team and demographic group
- Identify trends amongst leavers
- Forms a strong evidence base to use to improve retention
