Benchmarking Studies
The UK Social Care sector’s reward benchmarking study.
The Social Care Reward: Pay, Terms and Conditions 2024 benchmarking study enables UK not-for-profit social care organisations to benchmark their pay and benefits packages for 27 front-line roles in 9 English Regions, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
The study is supported by the National Care Forum (NCF) and Voluntary Organisations Disability Group (VODG).
“The challenges that a not-for-profit social care organisation faces to balance rewarding employees fairly within financial constraints is greatly assisted by participating in the Agenda Reward survey, which focusses exclusively on reward in the social care not-for-profit sector.
The survey enables us to benchmark our reward and helps us plan for the following year. It also provides us with robust information when we talk to commissioners about their approaches to pricing.” – Geralyn Meehan, Director of HR, Milestones Trust
