The Annual Pay Award Survey establishes the basis upon which annual awards are made among UK not-for-profit organisations, and what expectations are for award in the coming year.
The 2022 survey will allow you to benchmark your pay award for 2021 as well as your proposed pay award for 2022 against others in the sector.
Take part in Annual Pay Award 2022
The Annual Pay Award 2022 Survey will open on Monday 18th October 2021 and close on Friday 12th November 2021. The questionnaire is short and relatively quick to complete.
Taking part in the survey is free of charge for all UK not-for-profit organisations.
Participating organisations will also receive a 50% discount voucher for the published report.
