NCHA deliver housing, care and support to people all over the East Midlands in the UK. With over 1,100 people in their organisation, NCHA have run employee engagement surveys for a number of years and now work with Agenda Consulting as their external survey partner.
We will be discussing with Allison:
- How NCHA use their survey results to identify areas to celebrate and areas to address;
- How the organisation are empowering their managers to create meaningful action plans using their survey results;
- How NCHA are monitoring progress and demonstrating the prioritisation of employee feedback.
