What is the key to creating a pipeline of women leaders and building more equal places to work? Challenge both the obvious and the unseen factors that are in the way.
In this International Women’s Day event we will be joined by Gyda Ulleberg, creator of Female Ascent, to explore how mission-driven, non-profit organisations can accelerate towards gender equity in leadership.
Join us to:
- Deepen your understanding of gender perspective gaps in the global non-profit sector
- Get inspired by real success cases: organisations that are promoting talented female leaders
- Understand how to measure the challenges faced by women in the workplace
- Discover the Gender Equity Initiative, a collaboration between Female Ascent and Agenda Consulting to help organisations close the gender gap in leadership
Reflect on the obstacles in your organisations and explore how to engage key players and drive impactful change
For International Women’s Day 2024, learn not only how to measure the issues faced by different genders in your organisation, but also how to close the gender gap in leadership in mission-driven, non-profit organisations.
