Thank you very much for your interest in our Not-for-profit Sector COVID-19 Employee Survey. This survey is now closed. Participating organisations will receive their reports by Friday 24th April. We will then publish a sector-wide global report based on the survey findings. Check back on this page to keep updated on the survey reopening. 

 

 

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic we have devised a short pulse survey for employees in not-for-profit organisations to gather their feedback on:

    • The impact of recent changes on their working lives, their wellbeing and their ability to contribute effectively
    • How well they feel their organisations are supporting them and responding to the crisis

The purpose of the survey is:

    1. To provide valuable insight to participating not-for-profit organisations on how their people are feeling at this time
    2. To provide broader insight for the sector as a whole and ideas for how organisations might better support their people during this crisis

There are no costs involved in participating in the survey or in receiving your organisation’s report.

 

The survey:

  • Consists of 16 statement questions, 1 open question and 7 demographic questions. Download the questions.
  • Is open to all employees in the not-for-profit sector globally. (Employees includes those on permanent, fixed term, temporary and zero hours / bank / relief contracts. Volunteers are outside the scope of this survey)
  • Is in English only
  • Is completely confidential for respondents
  • Should take no more than 5 minutes to complete
  • Will be available to complete on our online survey platform. 

Reporting:

  • We will produce a single report for each participating organisation setting out the results and open question comments for their respondents. We will send this to the named key contact at each organisation
  • We will publish a sector wide report setting out our analysis of the results overall and broken down by demographic groups
  • Reports will only be produced for organisations with at least 7 respondents.
  • All results for individual organisations will remain strictly confidential and will only be shared with the organisations themselves. Our sector wide report will not include any results for particular organisations, but rather will explore the aggregated findings across the sector.

 

How it works:

  1. Send the survey link to your staff on Monday 6 April inviting them to participate
  2. We will send you regular updates on your organisation’s response rates
  3. We will send your organisation report to your nominated key contact by Friday 24 April

 

The survey will be open from 8am Monday 6 April until midnight Sunday 19 April.

 

Finally, we would encourage you to please share the link to this page with anyone else in the not-for-profit sector who may be interested. The more data we are able to gather, the more meaningful and insightful the overall results will be.
