Keep your finger on the pulse and understand how your people feel throughout this time of uncertainty and change.
Emerging from Lockdown: a programme of surveys in June, August and October
As the world continues to tackle COVID 19 and as organisations seek to manage the impact of the crisis on their people, their services and their finances, we are now launching Emerging from Lockdown, a programme of surveys that will run in June, August and October 2020.
Why take part?
The aim of the survey programme is to enable organisations to keep their fingers on the pulse and to understand the experience of their people in order to effectively shape priorities and plans during this period of uncertainty, change and readjustment.
Checking in every couple of months will give organisations insights into how their people are feeling on key topics, what concerns they have, and how they see the future.
How it works
The surveys will include the following topics: Organisational change, Communications, Role, Wellbeing, Returning to work.
Questions will be common to all participating organisations and be shaped by a Working Group.
Each survey will be open for 2 weeks and reports will be available for participating organisations within 1 week.
You can join for each survey, or if you sign up for all three pulse surveys in the Emerging from Lockdown programme, you can benefit from a discount.
