Benchmark your current pay award, and proposed pay award for next year, with others in the sector. Share the results with your key decision makers and use them to help in pay-related discussions.
The Annual Pay Award Survey PLUS 2025 is now closed.
The Annual Pay Award Survey establishes the basis upon which annual awards are made among UK not-for-profit organisations, and what expectations are for award in the coming year.
The 2025 survey will allow you to benchmark your pay award for 2024 as well as your proposed pay award for 2025 against others in the sector.
This year’s survey is Annual Pay Award PLUS because for the first time it also includes measures on:
Non-pay related benefits offered by UK Third Sector organisations
Organisations’ approaches to annual leave and sick pay
Contributing to the survey will enable us to publish sector insights on:
Factors influencing decisions on pay award for UK Third Sector organisations
The median pay award for 2024 split by size of organisation and sector
Proposed pay award for 2025
The questionnaire should only take 10-15 minutes to complete as it is short and relatively simple to answer.
Taking part in the survey is free of charge for all UK not-for-profit organisations.
Participating organisations will receive a 50% discount for the published report, taking the price of the report down from £90 (+VAT) to £45 (+VAT). CHRN member organisations will receive an additional 20% off.
