We are delighted to have partnered with the Charities HR Network Group to deliver the ‘Strategic workforce planning in the non-for-profit sector – CHRN Workforce Strategy Survey 2024 Overall Results Report’.
The aims of the survey were to understand:
- What strategic workforce planning currently looks like amongst UK charities
- The people challenges that charities are currently experiencing
- What they are doing to address these challenges
We hope that this report will help to inform and support the work being done by NCVO, CHRN and others to build a workforce strategy for the charity sector.
