Taking action on your survey results: An interview with NCHA

In this webinar we explored how to take your employee engagement survey results forward into meaningful action. We heard from Allison Whadcoat, Talent & Organisational Development Manager at Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) about their experience of taking action on their survey.

We discussed with Allison:

• How NCHA use their survey results to identify areas to celebrate and areas to address;
• How the organisation are empowering their managers to create meaningful action plans using their survey results;
• How NCHA are monitoring progress and demonstrating the prioritisation of employee feedback.
