On International Women’s Day 2021, we hosted a webinar with NRC’s HR Director Gyda Bugge to discuss the organisation’s journey to gender equality.

NRC is a global humanitarian organisation with over 10,000 staff members and works in over 35 Countries.

NRC believes that greater gender equality fosters a more inclusive culture and a stronger organisation better able to meet the needs of the communities it serves. And NRC has set itself ambitious goals in this regard.
