Pulse Surveys: A great tool for listening to your people

We have seen a trend towards organisations conducting short, regular surveys to track progress on key HR and workforce priorities.

The pulse survey is a short survey of no more than 15 questions, including questions and demographics prioritised by the organisation, to track progress on those target areas.

As the not-for-profit sector increasingly adopts this approach to engagement surveys, we want to make sure you’re fully informed on what exactly differentiates a full survey from a pulse survey, what the key benefits are and how they can impact your organisation.
