We measured employee engagement in the third sector by conducting an analysis of the employee engagement surveys of 29 Third Sector organisations undertaken by Agenda Consulting in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
The resulting sector-wide report ‘Changes and Challenges: Employee Engagement in the Third Sector’ presents the findings of this analysis and our conclusions and recommendations to come out of the research.
In the report we detail:
- differences in engagement across demographic groups;
- variation in levels of positivity across different topics such as ‘Service’ and ‘Reward’;
- the top themes emerging from analysis of open questions.
