The Annual Pay Award Survey establishes the basis upon which annual awards are made among UK not-for-profit organisations, and what expectations are for award in the coming year.
The 2024 survey will allow you to benchmark your pay award for 2023 as well as your proposed pay award for 2024 against others in the sector.
The Annual Pay Award 2024 Survey will open on Monday 30 October 2023 and close on Friday 24 November 2023.
The questionnaire should only take 10 minutes to complete as it is short and relatively simple to answer.
Contributing to the survey will enable us to publish sector insights on:
Taking part in the survey is free of charge for all UK not-for-profit organisations.
Participating organisations will receive a 50% discount voucher for the published report, taking the price of the report down from £90 (+VAT) to £45 (+VAT).
