Agile working can help drive workplace culture, increase creativity, productivity, performance, satisfaction and collaboration for staff and volunteers. This session is a ‘how-to’ for implementing agile working across your organisation, with key steps and common sense tips to make it about more than the physical work space. Caroline and Sue share their background on what agile working means for Prostate Cancer UK, why and how they went agile, and what worked well and less well. They will hold a Q&A, and also welcome questions in advance of the session.
