Inclusive recruitment – thinking differently

Research shows that recruiting and retaining diverse teams and implementing an inclusive culture enhances an organisation’s performance. Improvement of service delivery/client care, team morale, reputation, and reaching all communities is possible if organisations think differently about how they approach recruitment and retention. This session provides you with tools and tips for inclusive recruitment, explores conscious and unconscious bias – and how to overcome it, supports you to engage teams in understanding the benefits, and allows you to address and consider diversity and inclusion within HR practice and procedures.

Natasha Broomfield-Reid, Director, Diverse Matters
