What is a 360 Survey?
A 360 Survey involves asking for feedback on an individual from a range of people that they work with. Feedback is enabled using a survey comprising a number of questions.
The survey can include your choice of statement questions and open (free text) questions.
Once people have completed the survey, the feedback is collated into a single report, which is shared with the individual concerned. Frequently, coaching is offered to help the individual identify their priorities for development.
Many organisations decide to run a 360 survey for a number of individuals at the same time.
Why run a 360 Survey?
- Enable your people to receive meaningful insight into their performance
- Help your people identify areas for development based on evidence
- Enable your people to provide honest feedback easily and confidentially
