360 surveys can help your people develop by providing them with feedback from people who they work with, including managers, peers and those they manage.

360 surveyWhat is a 360 Survey?

A 360 survey involves asking for feedback on an individual from a range of people that they work with.

Feedback is enabled using a survey comprising a number of questions. The survey can include both statement questions and open, free text questions.

Once people have completed the survey, the individual concerned receives a report which collates all of the feedback provided.

Frequently, individuals are able to identify their priorities for development through coaching.

Many organisations decide to run 360 surveys for a number of individuals at the same time.
