360 Survey

Help your people develop by providing them with feedback from people who they work with, including managers, peers and those they manage.

What is a 360 Survey?

A 360 Survey involves asking for feedback on an individual from a range of people that they work with. Feedback is enabled using a survey comprising a number of questions.

The survey can include your choice of statement questions and open (free text) questions.

Once people have completed the survey, the feedback is collated into a single report, which is shared with the individual concerned. Frequently, coaching is offered to help the individual identify their priorities for development.

Many organisations decide to run a 360 survey for a number of individuals at the same time.
