For many years our clients have used our Reflections survey platform to support their employee surveys and volunteer surveys. We are now underway with a substantial development.
The overall aim is to increase the impact of our client’s engagement surveys by providing access for managers to interrogate their own results, supporting their action planning process.
The new modules include:
Hierarchy module
This module gives our clients the ability to tailor each user’s access to particular parts of the organisation e.g. regions or departments. The aim is to encourage our clients to widen the scope of access to the platform to include their managers and empower them to engage with their own results and take action.
Interactive dashboard module
This module will enable our clients to explore their survey results online and get a deeper understanding of how people are really feeling as well as how experience varies for different groups within the organisation.
Action planning module
This module enables organisations to capture and track actions identified following their survey, explore common themes, and facilitate sharing of good practice.
The hierarchy module is already available for clients to start using, with the dashboard and action planning modules ready in Summer 2022.
