Practical approaches to safeguarding employees and volunteers
Defining and implementing policies which protect people and create a healthy culture for them to thrive, is challenging leaders in and beyond the not-for-profit sector. The main contributors on the panel will be people who are accountable for, or contribute to, the safeguarding of their employees and volunteers. The session will give delegates a space to ask questions and to go away with some tangible tools to use in their own organisations.
