Nikeesha Gosal, Development Lead – Wellbeing, St John Ambulance
Nikeesha is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of St John Ambulance’s wellbeing programme for staff and volunteers. Her chief responsibility is improving the support available to a diverse and largely remote workforce – whether that be ambulance crews, trainers, office-based staff or volunteers. She also increases engagement with wellbeing and ensures wellbeing is high on the charity’s agenda. Prior to this, Nikeesha held various roles across the third sector, leading projects focussed on improving the health and wellbeing of vulnerable adults and improving the recruitment, induction and support of volunteers.
