Bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of payment. No refunds will be given. However, if a delegate is unable to attend, a replacement from the same organisation may attend.

Benchmarking

No information will be attributed to individual organisations, with the exception of agreed case studies.

Receipt of reports is dependent upon completion of the relevant questionnaire.
