  • Unlimited questions, including statement, open and demographic questions
  • Sophisticated online reporting, involving easy-to-read graphical reports and analysis to service level
  • Comparison of results with previous surveys.


Learning Disability Service User Survey

In the learning disability sector, we have led an initiative to develop a standard set of benchmark questions for a Service User Survey. This involved a collaboration with 10 leading providers, with the aim of enabling providers to benchmark their results with each other. Find out more about the approach and the standard set of questions agreed.

We offer a benchmarking service to any learning disability organisation that uses some or all of these questions.
