We work with you to provide insight into how people experience their role, the leadership, communications and culture of your organisation, along with other factors influencing the engagement of your staff.

We aim to help you to measure employee engagement and identify areas for improvement, through deeper understanding of your people.

We work specifically in the not-for-profit sector, with clients working in charities, social care, heritage, international organisations and many other areas of the Third Sector. We have worked with many clients to measure engagement for more than 10 years and have developed models of engagement through our analysis of their survey results.
