Average staff turnover in the charity sector is at 16% per year which is a significant reduction on the People Count 2010 result of 20%; however this figure is still higher than the UK average* of 13% according People Count Third Sector, an HR benchmarking study undertaken by Agenda Consulting in partnership with the National Council of Voluntary Organisations (NCVO).
