Agenda Consulting is an Oxford based benchmarking and consulting company committed to helping organisations improve human resources and financial management. We work in the voluntary and community sector (not-for-profit) and with law firms.

Sources of information

We run two annual benchmarking studies within the voluntary and community sector:
  • People Count™, which compares organisations' people management processes
  • Finance Count™, which measures financial performance

    • We also run a human resources benchmarking study, People Count™ Law, within the UK Law sector.

  • provide a snapshot of the sector which is updated annually

    Conference

    We run a popular annual conference called 'Strategic HR in the Voluntary Sector' for senior HR professionals in the Voluntary and Community Sector.

    This year's conference will be held on Thursday 6th March 2008 at Regent's College, London.

    Confirmed speakers include:

  • Minister for the Third Sector Phil Hope, who will be sharing the views of the Office of the Third Sector with delegates.
  • Michael Armstrong, author of an extensive range of texts on HR including 'Strategic Human Resource Management', published by CIPD.
