How do strong organizations withstand change and transition? It’s simple: their culture must be values-based and inclusive.
While there are often many other factors at play, organizational culture stands firm.
Part of that means having a clear understanding of their cultural norms, leadership, and power dynamics.
Agenda Consulting and Humentum are teaming up to provide insights into two questions:
- What current trends can INGO engagement surveys tell us about staff engagement, DEI, leadership, and culture?
- Are the engagement survey questions fit-for-purpose in today’s global development and humanitarian workforce? How can we ask the right questions to build more equitable, resilient, and accountable organizations?
We are looking for international NGOs who are interested in knowing more about this topic to confidentially contribute their engagement survey results to support the research. We will not be publishing individual organisations survey results; the findings will be shared as an aggregated dataset.
I’m interested – what is involved?
- You send us your organization’s latest employee engagement survey results from within the past 24 months. We match your survey questions against our 100+ standard set of benchmark questions.
- Questions will only be able to be included in the analysis if they used a 5-point Likert scale (strongly agree – strongly disagree).
- We will analyze the aggregated results and produce an in-depth report to help answer the key questions above. The findings will be made available, shared and discussed.
- Once the analysis has taken place, you will also receive an organization-specific report comparing your results with other INGOs.
