Full Cost Recovery

Tuesday 10th June, 2-5 pm, CFDG, London

Andy James, Assistant Chief Executive - Finance, Turning Point

With over 300 service-delivery contracts across the country, Full Cost Recovery is a major issue for Turning Point. Andy James will be discussing his recent work on training budget holders and service leaders across the organisation to have effective conversations negotiating support for central costs, and explaining his determination to get all contracts to a fully funded status, or to be prepared to walk away.

The workshops consist of a brief case study from a high performing organisation, followed by a chance to share ideas and current practice in group sessions. They are designed to explore various aspects of financial management in the voluntary and community sector in depth, and to identify and share good practice.
