As an organisation working within the care sector Adepta operate within a very tight labour market. Fiona Evans will be discussing her recent project to streamline recruitment across the organisation in order to ensure that they are recruiting quality candidates over a short period of time, and the innovative approaches that the organisation is taking to attract suitable candidates, including overseas recruitment and working with other organisations such as local job centres and agencies.
The workshops consist of a brief case study from a high performing organisation, followed by a chance to share ideas and current practice in group sessions. They are designed to explore various aspects of human resources processes in the voluntary and community sector in depth, and to identify and share good practice.
