Speaker and topic

Russell Shea, Finance Director at Charitable Funds for Hammersmith Hospitals, will be sharing his experience of investment strategy at the Funds. He will discuss several different strategies, as well as asset classes and the effect that the charity's mission has on investment. Finally he will explain the rationale behind his approach to investment diversification.

Structure

Our finance workshops consist of a brief case study from a high performing organisation, followed by a chance to share ideas and current practice in group sessions. They are designed to explore various aspects of financial processes in the voluntary and community sector in depth, and to identify and share good practice.
