Sample Reports

The People Count™ report is supplied in three volumes:
Volume 1: Organisation Scorecard
Volume 2: Sector-wide Report
Volume 3: Detailed Statistics

We also produce an executive summary containing a summary of the main conclusions from the study. A copy of the 2007 version can be downloaded at the right of the screen.

Participants receive the reports in printed format and also on CD-ROM. Additionally, you will be invited to a regional launch to discuss the findings of the study with Agenda Consulting and your peers, and offered a one-to-one telephone consultation to help you to make use of your results.

Volume 1: Organisation Scorecard

This report is tailored to your organisation, giving details of your performance on almost 200 key measures and comparing this with 10-20 other participants of your choice as well as the averages for the sector as a whole. You will be able to select your peers from all organisations who have taken part in the last three years.

Volume 2: Sector-wide Report

This 100-page report provides comprehensive analysis of the participants’ performance and practices, set in the context of the sector as a whole. It summarises the findings of the report by looking at key performance indicators for each topic, and includes graphs on some 50 key measures. Areas of good practice are identified, with valuable case studies and suggestions from high performing participants.

Volume 3: Detailed Statistics

This 200+ page report sets out the detailed statistics gathered from the questionnaire, in the form of more than 450 tables relating to different measures. It analyses each measure by size of organisation and sub-sector for easy and quick reference, providing a convenient mine of information on the human resources processes and practices of the sector.
