Participation in the study involves filling out a questionnaire, which usually takes around two days in total. We recommend this is spread out over a period of time, and shared between colleagues where possible.

The Questionnaire and Guidance Notes for 2008 are now available - please download the documents at the right of the screen. 

It is important to read the Guidance Notes while filling in the Questionnaire to ensure that the data you enter is comparable with other organisations.

The deadline for returning the completed Questionnaire is Friday 13th June 2008.
