Participation in the study involves filling out a questionnaire, which usually takes around two days in total. We recommend this is spread out over a period of time, and shared between colleagues where possible.

The Questionnaire will be available to complete online from April. However we have produced reference versions of the questionnaire and guidance notes for your reference in the interim.

It is important to read the Guidance Notes while filling in the Questionnaire to ensure that the data you enter is comparable with other organisations.
