The workshop will be held at the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) in central London.
Hazel Randall, Head of HR at Age Concern, will be sharing her experiences of implementing a new Contribution and Development Review process. The key emphasis is around giving more recognition to individual efforts, within the structure of a balanced, transparent review process. This is supported by a well-developed competency framework that aligns individual objectives to organisational priorities.
The workshops consist of a brief case study from a high performing organisation, followed by a chance to share ideas and current practice in group sessions. They are designed to explore various aspects of human resources processes in the voluntary and community sector in depth, and to identify and share good practice.
HR Directors, Heads of HR, HR Managers, Chief Executives, senior managers and others who are seeking to improve their organisation's approach to human resource management.
