The workshop will be held at the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NVCO) in central London.

Speaker and topic

Nick Greenwood, HR Manager at IIED (the International Institute for Environment and Development) recently undertook a very successful employee survey at IIED; and will be talking about how he generated a high response rate and his experiences of turning the results into an action plan.

Structure

The workshops consist of a brief case study from a high performing organisation, followed by a chance to share ideas and current practice in group sessions. They are designed to explore various aspects of human resources processes in the voluntary and community sector in depth, and to identify and share good practice.
