People Count Workshop - Equality and diversity in the workforce

Nacro have an impressive record on workforce diversity, including this year receiving first place in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index, which lists the top 100 gay-friendly employers in the UK. Kulbir Shergill will be talking on the organisation-wide strategies that have facilitated this success, including staff communication, dignity at work, awareness-raising and developing managers to be able to recognise and manage incidents of bullying. Nacro's equality and diversity scheme focuses on the 6 main diversity streams, as well as other groups such as ex-offenders.
