The People Count Law report is supplied in two volumes:

• Firm Scorecard
• Sector-wide Report
  

Participant Package

Participating firms receive:

1. Firm Scorecard - This report is tailored to your firm, giving details of your performance on almost 200 key measures and comparing this with 5 or more other participants of your choice as well as the averages for the sector as a whole.
2. Sector-wide Report - This report provides an 80-page analysis of the participants' performance and practices, set in the context of the sector as a whole. It summarises the findings of the report by looking at key performance indicators for each topic, and includes graphs on some 50 key measures. It also contains a 350+ page report sets out the detailed statistics gathered from the questionnaire, in the form of more than 900 tables relating to different measures. It analyses each measure by size and type of firm for easy and quick reference, providing a convenient mine of information on the human resources processes and practices of the sector.

Non Participant Package

Firms do not complete the online questionnaire but receive the Sector-wide Report
