Participation in the study involves filling out a questionnaire, and on completion you will receive a series of detailed reports, including a firm scorecard which sets out how your firm's performance compares with 5 or more of your chosen peers and with the sector as a whole. The reports also contain examples of initiatives from high performing firms involved in the study.
