There are two ways that companies can be involved, as a participant and as a non-participant.

A. Non-Participants do not complete the on-line questionnaire and receive:

B. Participants complete the on-line questionnaire and receive:
- A colour-coded company scorecard
- A Sector-wide and detailed statistics report
- Drill down reports available on every measure
- 1-1 telephone consultation
- Online access to our benchmarking database for 12 months
