Our Insurance HR Benchmarking Results Conference was held at ABI on 9 June 2011 and it was a great success.

The conference aims to:
- Present the results of the 2011 benchmarking study and discuss implications for insurance companies
- Stimulate wider discussion on the role of benchmarking to support change
- Cover a case study of how companies can improve their employee engagement – one of the priority issues for HR Directors in the sector
- Help participating companies understand their results and move forward to action
