Drill down reports
Drill down reports enable you to anaylze and explore your organisation's performance in greater detail. You can view colour coded graphs and export relevant information. This multi user tool is available 24/7.
This 80-page report provides comprehensive analysis of the participants' performance and practices, set in the context of the sector as a whole. It summarises the findings of the report by looking at key performance indicators for each topic, and includes graphs on some 50 key measures. Areas of good practice are identified, with suggestions from high performing participants.
This 350+ page report sets out the detailed statistics gathered from the questionnaire, in the form of more than 900 tables relating to different measures. It analyses each measure by size and type of firm for easy and quick reference, providing a convenient mine of information on the finance processes and practices of the sector.
Participants receive Volume 1 and 2 in printed format and Volume 1, 2 and 3 are available to download online for 12 months. Additionally, you will be invited to a launch workshop to discuss the findings of the study with Agenda Consulting and your peers, and offered a 1-1 telephone consultation to help you to make use of your results
