Doug Crawford has been a management consultant for over fifteen years, following a successful career as a line manager with both Unilever and Rank Xerox. He has worked with Agenda for the past three years. Previously he was a Director of a global specialist HR consultancy where he was responsible for retail sector leadership as well as managing the relationships with a number of major national and international client accounts. Doug Crawford has worked with numerous national and multi-national organisations in the UK, Europe and Africa, and has extensive experience of working with public, private and not for profit organisations.
