Sonia Bartlett - Senior Consultant

Sonia Bartlett has over 25 years HR experience, 20 of these at senior management level working for Advance Housing; for the past 12 of these she was HR Director.

In the early 2000's, Sonia chaired the Charities HR Network. She was a committee member of The Social Care Employers Consortium. Sonia is now concentrating on her main interests including the psychological contract and the quality of the employment experience.

Sonia is a fellow of the Chartered institute of Personnel and Development.
