Jonathan Louw - Consultant
Jonathan brings nearly thirty years of teaching, training and management experience across the public and non profit sectors to his work with Agenda clients. He also teaches on the Professional Development Programme at the Business School of Oxford Brookes University, where his focus is on management skills development and the training of HR practitioners seeking professional accreditation. In the past he has worked as an NHS trainer, a social services manager, in senior marketing and capacity development roles at CARE International, and in HR, including at Oxfam where he was responsible for their employer brand development.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and of the Institute of Fundraising, holds a first degree from the University of Cape Town, a Masters in Education from London University and an MBA from Durham University. In a voluntary capacity, he acts as Vice Chair of the family support charity Home-Start Oxford.
