Agenda Consulting is an Oxford based consulting and benchmarking company. We are committed to making a significant impact on the people management and organisational development of our clients.

We work in three main ways: consulting, benchmarking and events.

Consulting

In our consulting work we support major organisational and people/HR initiatives in the areas of:

Benchmarking

In our benchmarking work we compare your organisation's performance against relevant peers in your sector and provide a powerful, tailor-made tool to contribute to performance improvement and learning. We currently work in three areas:

• People Count Voluntary - HR benchmarking in the UK voluntary sector
• People Count Law - HR benchmarking in UK law firms
• Finance Count - financial benchmarking in the UK voluntary sector.

Events

We run a popular programme of events - including half day workshops and an annual 'Strategic HR in the Voluntary Sector' conference in March, providing a forum for discussing and communicating best practice.

Partners

Our products have been developed in collaboration with our partners, with whom we continue to work closely. Our partnership with infrastructure bodies ensures that our products are developed for the sector, by the sector, and that we are always innovative and relevant.
