August 2015 – Agenda Consulting is delighted to announce the latest recipient of the Employee Engagement Award 2015 is Practical Action.

To qualify for an award, organisations will have participated in an Agenda Consulting Employee Engagement Survey. They will have achieved a response rate of 50%, and 80% of respondents will have agreed or strongly agreed with the statement “I would wholeheartedly recommend this organisation as a good place to work”, signifying very high employee engagement.
Practical Action is an international organisation, which uses technology to challenge poverty in developing countries.
John Lockett, Finance Director at Practical Action commented that: “Practical Action was founded by radical economist and philosopher Fritz Schumacher 50 years ago. Today, the staff and managers of Practical Action continue to ensure that Schumacher’s legacy lives on, working to use technology to challenge poverty in developing countries.
